We supported the planning and implementation of visiting Japan and observing the local market for the members of Association of Volunteer Centers` Mobility Program (Russian Government affiliated organization).
Association of Volunteer Centers (AVC) is the largest volunteer organization in Russia. It was created in 2014 at the initiative of President Vladimir Putin with the goal of preserving the legacy of the volunteer program of the Olympic Games in Sochi and developing the volunteer movement in general. Now AVC is 125 members, 83 regions, 1016 organizations included in the regional network, more than 1 million volunteers across the country.
Trip to Japan lasted from November 9, 2019 to November 15, 2020, and this visit included numerous meetings, workshops, field studies and negotiations with Japan governmental offices, volunteering and other affiliated organizations and companies. Russian guests and the representatives of each Japanese organization exchanged opinions on measures to promote human resource mobility in non-profit organizations area.
